After getting my Real Estate license back in 2013 and joining the #1 Real Estate team in Michigan, I was determined to sell 100 homes in my first year. I was told that it was impossible, that there was no way, that I was full of pride and to be more realistic. Thankfully I never settled for the opinion of others. My team leader Jeff Glover laid out a blueprint of exactly what I would need to do in order to sell 100 homes and he told me that if I followed it then I would hit my goals. I took 30 listings my first month in the business, 32 my second month in the business, 100 listings in my first 6 months and the rest is history!
